Your plan, trial, changes and invoices

See your EKO price and bill, start your subscription, update your card and find invoices.

  1. Open Plan and billing. Only the shop owner can see this page. Plan and billing
  2. EKO has one plan with the whole app. A shop with 1 barber pays the Solo price, 2 or more barbers pay the Team price, barbers past the Team limit and each extra location add a set monthly amount. The page lists the current prices.
  3. Your bill shows your Solo or Team price, any barbers past the Team limit, extra locations, and your monthly total, worked out from your real team and locations.
  4. While you are on a trial and have not added a card, the page shows how many days are left. Your free trial costs nothing if you never add a card. Adding a card starts your subscription and charges your first month today, and your free trial ends right then: no more trial days, free texts or free phone minutes. After that the page shows your next billing date, a month from the day you subscribed. Texting and phone agent usage are billed monthly on later invoices.
  5. Adding or removing a barber who takes appointments, or a location, updates your bill automatically. The new price starts right away, and the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period is added to your next invoice, not charged right away. Plan and billing shows your next invoice total, your plan price going forward and the prorated changes.
  6. To update your card or cancel, press Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  7. Past invoices are listed under Invoices. Press View to open one.
  8. Texting is included during your free trial, up to a set number of texts, until you add a card. Once you subscribe, or when the trial ends, it is an optional paid add-on billed per text sent, added to your next plan invoice. The Texting card on Plan and billing shows the current price, your usage and a Turn on texting button.
  9. The AI phone agent includes free minutes during your free trial, until you add a card. Once you subscribe, or when the trial ends, it is an optional paid add-on billed per minute of call time, plus a monthly amount for its phone number. The Phone agent card on Plan and billing shows the current prices, your minutes and a Turn on button.

Team members who don't take appointments are free. Prices are shown on the Plan and billing page in the currency you will be charged.
