Can I bring my clients from another app?

Yes. Bring your client and future appointment exports from Booksy, Fresha, Squire or another CSV. Preview the import first, then undo the whole import with one click if something looks off.

How do I pay barbers on chair rent?

Set that barber to chair rent. EKO creates their rent charges on the schedule you set and shows the rent as a deduction on their pay run, while commission barbers are paid as usual.

Who pays the card fees?

Your shop pays your payment provider's processing fees directly. EKO takes no cut of your client payments, deposits or tips.

What if the AI can't handle a call?

It passes the call to your team when a person should take it. If nobody is available, it can take a message for your staff.

Does EKO work for one barber?

Absolutely. Solo is $33.00 CAD per month for one barber and one location. Add a second barber and your shop moves to Team automatically.

Do I need a card to try it?
